Therapeutic Approach
You may be looking for a particular approach of therapy or maybe you just want to understand what informs the therapeutic approach to the work offered at The Psychology Project.
As a clinical psychologist Dr Langley has been trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches and uses them integratively, according to the presenting difficulties and what the individual wants. Her practice is both evidence-based and well as practice based, which means attention is given to what the current evidence base recommends, but also acknowledges that research does not always capture how many therapeutic approaches can be helpful to people.
