Children and Young People
We can provide your child with their own space for psychological support, so that they can develop an understanding of their mental health and find strategies to manage how they are feeling.

Typically we meet with parents first to help us understand the concerns. From this appointment we can then make a plan to meet with your child individually.

Common reasons we meet with children and young people:

To support their understanding of emotions (particularly younger children)
Offer strategies for managing different emotions
Providing a space to explore difficult feelings, e.g. high levels of anxiety
To help provide an understanding of why they are feeling a certain way
If you'd like to discuss how we can support your child you can get in touch through our contact us page. We can schedule a free 15 minute consultation where you can speak with us before committing to any further sessions.
